Katelyn Moran moved from upstate New York to Atlanta, Georgia in 2008 and has been living here ever since. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Le Moyne College with a dual certification in both regular and special education from grades K-6. Recently, Katelyn graduated from Kennesaw State University with a master’s degree in elementary education and a reading endorsement. She currently works at Ocee Elementary as a fifth grade teacher.
Coach Moran played Division II soccer at Le Moyne College and was a left/right defensive back. She has coached at Soccer Tots, Kicks for Kids and also Rush Academy. Coach Moran loves soccer and continues to play when she has the opportunity; soccer still plays a vital role in her life!
Coach Moran is excited for the opportunity to coach the JV team this year and become a part of the John’s Creek community! She feels she has been given an amazing opportunity and anticipates a great season; working with the girls and also with Coach Economos!
